Hi, I'm Miranda, a Myotherapist with a passion for helping individuals overcome musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. With over 13 yearsof experience in the health and fitness industry, I pride myself in taking the time to listen to each patient's unique needs and concerns. This enables me to develop a personalised treatment plan that addresses the cause of their issues.

I have had to overcome chronic neck and shoulder pain myself ,which has helped me develop a deeper understanding of the elements that contribute to recovery.
