Bethany Cresswell graduated as an Osteopath from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy). 

She was drawn to Osteopathy through the holistic nature of treatment and uses a gentle approach in her treatment.
 
She is passionate about working with patients of all ages to help them reach their goals and get them back to what they love doing. Bethany has been a sports trainer and has enjoyed how this has expanded her skills when treating patients. She has an interest in sporting injuries but also likes to treat back and neck complaints, and headaches. Bethany used a range of techniques such as manipulation/mobilisation and stretching/soft tissue techniques as part of her treatments and is qualified to use dry needling.
 
Bethany is available Tuesdays, Thursday afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings.


Miranda Talha

MYOTHERAPIST

Miranda is a Myotherapist with a passion for helping individuals overcome musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. With over 13 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, she prides herself in taking the time to listen to each patient's unique needs and concerns. This enables her to develop a personalised treatment plan that addresses the cause of their issues. She has had to overcome chronic neck and shoulder pain, which has helped her to develop a deeper understanding of the elements that contribute to recovery.

Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury or just looking to improve your overall health and well-being, Miranda is here to help.

Megan Burgess

Osteopath

Megan has been an Osteopath for over 20 years. She graduated from RMIT University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Applied Sci. (Clinical Science) and a Bachelor of Osteopathic Science. She started her career in a group practice in Melbourne, where she also had the opportunity to do on-going locum work in East Gippsland for several years. Megan started her own practice in 2006, and moved to the current location 6 years ago.

Megan uses gentle techniques in her practice and enjoys treating a wide range of complaints, in both children and adults. She has completed further professional development in cranial osteopathy and uses these techniques when indicated. She employs a range of stretching, soft tissue and gentle mobilising techniques to treat her patients. Megan also has an interest in treating patients with chronic pain, using both patient education and hands on treatment to assist these patients. She also enjoys treating patients with complex presentations, enjoying the clinical challenge these patients represent but also the satisfaction in being able to help these patients with their problems.

Megan is currently available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Julianne Camille

Remedial Massage Therapist

Julianne Camille is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a wealth of experience. She is also a qualified Pilates instructor. She is an active member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists.

She specialises in remedial, relaxation, sports, pregnancy and rehabilitation massage. She incorporates trigger point therapy, acupressure, lymphatic drainage, cupping, aromatherapy and myofascial release into her massage therapy. She is also work cover accredited.

Midori Adachi

Myotherapist

Midori is a passionate myotherapist who enjoys helping people towards better health.

Midori has worked in a variety of practise settings, such as multidisciplinary health clinics, myotherapy clinics, massage clinics, an exercise physiology clinic, and an aged care centre.

Midori aims to understand each patient, and discover the root cause of their problems. Midori provides assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal pain and associated conditions.  She has a strong interest in back pain, neck and shoulder pain, headache, sports injuries, occupational injuries, jaw pain and elbow pain. Midori uses a wide range of techniques in her treatments, best suited to each individual, which include soft & deep tissue work, stretching, dry needling, joint mobilisation, cupping, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, kinesiology taping, muscle activation and muscle energy techniques. She also believes in corrective exercise to achieve and maintain optimal level of muscle function.

In her spare time, Midori enjoys running and she has completed six full marathons and a 50km trail run. Midori also loves listening to classical music, go bush walking, skiing and camping with her family.

Kathy Williams

Myotherapist

Kathy completed an Advanced diploma of Remedial Massage (Myotherapy) in 2006. She has had over 10 years of clinical experience and is passionate about alleviating pain associated with posture, sports injuries and muscular dysfunction. She has also worked with professional sporting teams including A-League team Melbourne Victory and AFL club Western Bulldogs. Kathy has also completed the Polestar Studio Pilates course. She often incorporates Pilates exercises and stretches to a Myotherapy treatments.

Outside of the clinic Kathy enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time with family and friends and loves to travel. 

Kathy is currently available Monday and Tuesday afternoons.
